The Robson family represented Bridlington and Bridlington Bay Archers at the weekend at a shoot organised by the St George archers club, at Allerton Park, North Yorkshire.
Hugo Robson was shooting a Western 40 round which is a fixed number of arrows at 40 yards followed by a number at 30 yards. He scored 724 in total and took the 1st place.
Sarah Robson shot a Western 40 too, with a score of 764, taking 2nd place in the adult ladies recurve category. Rickie Robson shot a Western 60 which is a fixed number of arrows at 60 yards followed by a fixed number at 50 yards. He scored 698 in total but at the time of writing the placing was yet to be determined.
