The first Yorkshire Archery Association Clout Competition of the year took place over Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st April, 2024.
Five club members took part in all: Kath Underwood shooting at 140 yards with a compound bow took 1st place with a score of 117 to become the ladies Yorkshire Champion.
Emily Harding shot 100 yards barebow and took 1st place to become the junior under 16s Yorkshire Champion, with a score of 75.
Our three other juniors shot barebow at 80 yards.
Mya-Jade Margerison took 1st place scoring 71 points.
Kiara Naledie Zondo took 2nd place scoring 69 points.
Hugo Robson took 1st place in his category with 75 points.
Both Mya and Kiara were taking part in their first competition and gained the white tassel badge.
